An initial meeting will be set up via Zoom, But you may get to meet me in person when I am out canvasing and travelling around the UK.
Books and Records can be received in many ways:

- Direct Email
- Sharepoint
- Quickbooks, Freeagent, SAGE, Kashflow & Other Accounting Softwares
- Post
Just email or call to arrange a zoom meeting. In the meeting, We will discuss the services you require and you can tell me about your business. After a quote is given, If you are happy to proceed:
For Accounting Services:
You will be sent instructions to access your client portal (Bright) where you will receive an engagement letter to sign and instructions to comply with the AML ID Check. If necessary, professional clearance will be obtained from your previous accountant.
For Virtual Assistant Services:
Further communication will be required for more specific details and schedules/hours needed.
For Accounting Services:
An invoice will be raised once work has been completed and documents are sent to you to sign and approve. A standing order can also be arranged. Please note: HMRC & Companies House submissions will only be submitted after documents are signed & returned and the invoice is paid in full.
For Virtual Assistant Services:
This will depend on the service required. Some will require the invoice paid before the service has started, some may need a monthly standing order and some may require a 50% deposit with remainder paid after services have been completed.
